How can I make changes to my order?
Due to security purposes, once an order has been verified, we cannot modify or change a shipping address. We would be more than happy to cancel your order and help you place a new order with your correct shipping/billing information if you’d like.
Why was my order cancelled?
In the event we are unable to fulfill your order you will receive a cancellation email detailing the voided charge and reason for refund within 2 business days.
How can I cancel my order?
All cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour from when the order was placed and our customer care team will do our best to accommodate. In any event you can always request a return shipping label to send back.
How do I check the status of my order?
If you have an account with us, log in. Visit “My Orders” and click “View Order.” Then click “Track Your Order” and a pop-up will appear with a tracking link.
If you don’t have an account with us, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, billing last name, and email address or zip code.
As soon as your order is placed, you should receive a confirmation email. We’ll send you a separate email with tracking information once your order ships. If you have not received an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder and make sure xxxx is on your safe list. If you have not received an order confirmation email, please contact our customer service team.
My order says delivered but it has not yet arrived,What should I do?
If you have not received your package, please check with your neighbors and your local Post Office first. Please note USPS tends to scan the package delivered once it reaches the local hub, and then within the next few business days the package will arrive. If your order isn’t found in 2 business days please contact us for further assistance.
How can I track my order?
You may check the progress of your order on the Track My Order page. You will receive an email notification containing tracking info when your order has been shipped.

What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 30 days after it was shipped, please contact us at email@example.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
Will my personal information kept private?
All customer information that you share with us is kept completely private and confidential. We do not share, rent or sell your personal information.
Can I place an order over the phone?
At this time, we can only process orders online through our website. We cannot process payments over the phone due to potential security issues. Orders placed online are secure and all data encrypted with AES 256-bit SSL.
Will I have to pay taxes?
Each country has its own customs rules and policies. Please contact local customs for more information. If, in rare cases, import duties or taxes are charged, the customer is responsible for paying them.
